Returns

If you have received your order and it is not quite what you wanted, just contact us by phone or email within 7 days of reciept of your order, to notify us of your intention to return your order.   All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.  You will receive a full refund, including the original delivery cost.  Items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition.

The easiest way to return an item to us is by using DPD Local Online.  Alternatively if it is easier for you to send your return via Royal Mail we do recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, and get a proof of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.  You will have to pay the costs for returning any item to us.

Please complete the returns section on the back of your delivery note and return your parcel to:  Eastward & Co, Rowhedge Farm, Alpheton, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 9BJ.  


Damaged Items 

If, in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please advise us by email within 7 days of receipt of order. Outside this time frame we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement.  Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives.
