What is Wicker?
Wicker is the name given to any type of woven plant fibre. Eastward Wicker furniture is made from woven rattan, using slightly thinner strands than those used on our Rattan furniture. The furniture is made in Indonesia.
The Eastward collection is made with strands of wicker that are stained several different colours before being woven together. This gives a wonderful textured look that is distinctive, stylish and individual. The legs of the furniture are solid teak.
Wicker furniture gives an informal relaxed look that is so much how we live today. For the Conservatory, Living or Dining Room, it creates a modern, yet comfortable feel that will look good in any setting.
